Heather Li is an MSc International Relations (Research) student at LSE. She holds a First-Class Honours BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, from the University of Oxford, where she developed her interests in climate politics and climate security.
She is currently an intern at the Climate Change and (In)Security Project, and she has formerly interned at the Conference of Defence Associations Institute in Canada, focusing on the West’s critical mineral supply chains and their impacts on human security worldwide.
Her current research aims at exploring the impacts of securitizing climate change and its impacts on Indigenous communities worldwide.
